They Crawl (2001)

The brother of a recently deceased computer whiz teams up with a detective (Tamara Davies) to look into his brother's death. Meanwhile, more dead bodies are discovered with their internal organs missing. Clues lead to Lazarus, a scientist with ties to a cult, and it is discovered that he has a gigantic army of genetically-mutated cockroaches.
